Thank you for your interest in sponsoring a dank dog. Some of our rescues need some more T.L.C. than most so they are deemed part of the sanctuary until their rehab gets to a proofed place and/or time aligns where they meet their soulmate. If and when that opportunity comes along, they live out their days with the utmost love & care on the dog ranch.
When you sponsor a dank dog sanctuary rescue you are committing to a reoccurring seasonal donation that will suppawt one or more of our rescue sanctuary live-ins fur the year. Your contribution helps with food, medical, training, and the overall rehab care.
A lil help from frens within the community goes along way for our rescues and truly helps them to be the dankest dog they can be!
4 year old, adult dog. Pitbull working dog breed.
Coat is short and blue/gray with brindle. Weighs a healthy 80lbs solid muscle.
Money is a true champ. Works hard and plays even harder. Never takes a moment of life for granted and never turns down an opportunity to better himself physically and mentally.
He is named after a champion fighter, Money Mayweather. As he oozes confidence and pawsonality. He was surrendered 4 times before his final surrendering owner released him to The Dank Dog Ranch in 2021. He had no name, no collar, no training, no confidence, no sense of safety, and no one who wanted to love and care for him fur life.
The most compassion Money ever received before finding home on the ranch was that of his previous owner releasing him to a rescue who would understand him and never give up on him.
He truly has come a long way and is our big headed & big hearted resident "monkey". He loves to climb, jump, run, play, train, and snuggle up at the end of each day. He's a protective pack fren who would do anything for his squad. Needs his daily exercise, stimulation, and consistent confidence & reassurance building. Since day one we've been working with Money on trusting hoomans as pack leaders, fundamental obedience through positive reinforcement, and boundary setting with resource guarding.
Money was the biggest inspiration behind starting our soap company as he had rashes and allergies from head to paw when we rescued him. Found out he was allergic to metals and suffers from extremely sensitive skin. And now he gets monthly baths with our
"famous" dog soap and is super boujee about his spaw self-care time now.
With how much unknown trauma, medical support in handling his incontinence holistically, and insecure living conditions Money has experienced in his short years of life, he is a Sanctuary Dank Dog furever. But is always the first one to want to greet and meet new hooman frens. If you'd like to suppawt Money click the "Sponsor" button below and if you'd like to meet him email rescue@thedankdog.com or sign-up as a volunteer.

3 year old, adult dog. American Staffordshire Terrier working dog breed.
Coat is short and red/white brindle. Weighs a healthy 50lbs solid muscle.
Rosie aka Rosalia is just as sweet and beautiful yet 'thorny' like her name. She is a firecracker and highly food motivated! One of our strongest rescue pups who has a contagious smile.
She came to us in need of people to love her and treat her like the princess she is. Surrendered 3 times before she found home with The Dank Dog Squad. We believe Rosie was sadly part of an unfortunate breeding ring, and her previous owners surrendered her as "she was not potty trained" and "didn't get along with other dogs". When ultimately she had an over infected urinary tract infection that required several rounds of hooman grade antibiotics to heal, and didn't have the right suppawt or advocates or a safe space to be herself. She also loves socializing with other dogs and is so instinctual. A pawfect TV dog to be a couch potato with too.
With Rosie's medical support in handling her incontinence holistically + testing her urninary tract twice a year, she is currently deemed a Sanctuary Dank Dog. We're training her with positive reinforcement, she is highly food / toy motivated. Loves car rides, and meeting hoomans / new frens with her confidence reassured by her pack leader(s). If you'd like to suppawt Rosie click the "Sponsor" button below and if you'd like to meet her email rescue@thedankdog.com or sign-up as a volunteer.

8 year old, senior dog. English Mastiff working dog breed. Coat is short and black merle. Weighs a healthy 140lbs. Kyle is a sweet big boy who loves belly rubs and gardening. He is an older dog who is social with people and some dogs. He is big in size and a bigger reader of energy. A very intuitive and sensitive fren who will protect his hoomans without hesitation.
Kyle came to us a last chance surrender. Sadly his person passed away too soon, and the family he was left to was also struggling with adjusting to a new normal with new domestic challenges that made it unsafe for Kyle to stay in his previous home.
Ideally Kyle would have someone to take him out on daily walkies because he is leash trained and loves to stop and smell the flowers. Even though he prefers to hang out and be a big couch potato while watching TV or movies with you. He is very food and praise motivated, so if you give him a snack or belly rub during the show or movie he won't mind ;)
While he is an old dog, he’s learned some new tricks like how to shake paws! Ky Guy has a lot of love to give to a hooman who will love him just as much. He has had a few inquiries but no follow through on applications since being in our care for almost 2 years. Big frens need love too! So he's getting all the love here on the ranch until maybe one day someone is able to put a new pep in his step. If you'd like to suppawt Kyle click the "Sponsor" button below and if you'd like to meet him email rescue@thedankdog.com or sign-up as a volunteer.
