Soap Processing Timeline and Expectations.

We are a small-batch artisan soapery and operational dog rescue & boutique salon. For our custom soapery shop orders, each soap loaf, bar, or block is handmade to order. Because of this, we require 1 week for production & 2 full weeks to cure your soaps before they are scheduled to deliver. This time frame ensures the quality, readiness, solidification, and safety of each individually handcrafted soap bar for use. Soap bars are all-natural and handmade in small-batches using the old fashioned cold-process soaping method, so coloration and hand cut soap tops may slightly vary. Each soap is one of a kind, no one bar is the same! Every bar will be stamped and labeled with our standard pawduct finishings and packaged thoughtfully to securely ship. Gift wrapping or custom labeling are available for an additional charge (inquire via email). Upon pre-invoice approval date by Customer Authorized Representative, No refunds or exchanges are eligible for custom orders after initial deposit is paid.
