Return & Refund Policy

Please read and be aware of our Return and Refund Policy below:

• The Dank Dog Collective dba The Dank Dog Soap Co. accepts returns on a case by case basis, dependent on product type and circumstance.
• Refunds can be requested up to 15 days from purchase. depending on the product circumstance & customer experience. 
• We understand reasons for refunds are never "one size fits all" and we do assess each refund request individually, dependent on the product circumstance & customer experience. 
• We reserve the right to issue partial refund on any proof of purchased item after the request is assessed and if we conclude reasons for partial versus full refund on any transaction.

• Once your refund request is received and assessed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your inquiry. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
• If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

• Note regarding Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
